Sauter les filtres de navigation et aller aux résultats des ressourcesA sub-processor is a third-party vendor who processes data on behalf of Planview for various reasons. Planview engages different types of sub-processors to perform various tasks and functions. Sub-processing services comprised by this site relate directly to the provision of the principal service of the Subscription Services Agreement (SSA).
Planview sub-processors are disposed globally. They are processing personal identifiable information (PII) to provide the contracted services of the SSA, to identify events and activities between computers and agents (such as browsers) or other identifiable patterns that may indicate malicious or fraudulent activity. Sub-processors are also used for security and operational monitoring of information and event management systems (log data); for application infrastructure; and for email SMTP relay.

Planview Vendor Assessment (Due Diligence)
Planview has a solid process for evaluating sub-processors that will have access to customer data and PII. Sub-processors are examined by their security and privacy maturity, which includes international standards as ISO 27001/27701 and SOC 2 reports, penetration tests and other compliance ratings if necessary, depending on the services provided and access rights given. Assessments are performed before engagement and then annually thereafter as long as they deliver services to Planview.
-
Planview Vendor Contracts (Third-Party Data Processing Agreements)
Planview requires its sub-processors to adhere to equivalent obligations as those required from Planview’s customers (where Planview is a Data Processor), including security and privacy specific requirements that are not only legally but also contractually required for specific reasons.

Transfer Impact Assessment
Following the Court of Justice of the European Union’s decision on Schrems II and the European Data Protection Board’s Recommendations 01/2020 on measures that supplement transfer tools to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data, Planview has performed a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) to evaluate its data transfers and ensure they are lawful at their current state. Customers may use the Planview TIA as a basis when assessing the personal data transfers associated with the use of Planview’s products and services.
