Move to Archive
This App allows you to move non-relevant work items to an Archive project, just by clicking the ‘Move to Archive’ custom action. This is just one example of the new customization features available in AdaptiveWork V5.4 .
About This App
This App enables you to move non-relevant work items (that you manage) to an Archive project, just by clicking the ‘Move to Archive’ custom action.
You can also restore from the Archive in a similar way.
The custom actions are only visible if they are applicable.
Notes:
- Access to the project Archive is global, meaning anyone who moves items to the Archive will be able to see and access to all other archived items, even if archived by other users and even if advanced permissions are used.
You may consider using a User level Archive project instead. - This App illustrates some new Customization features available in AdaptiveWork V5.4:
- The ‘Move Object’ action.
- Hiding custom actions when not applicable.
