About This App
Set a Task’s Actual Start Date when activity is first recorded in by %Complete, Actual Effort, Timesheet (Pending Time), or Stopwatch.
This is particularly useful when using the Planned vs Actual Resource Load views or Roadmap.
Note: If changes are made before working hours, the actual start date is set to the end of the previous working day.
This may look unexpected, but it’s necessary, as you wouldn’t be able to complete the work item otherwise.
